Have you ever thought what would be the most riskiest investment…?

I am a woman, and my name is Mongi. I’ve made the riskiest investment of my life — but it’s not in stocks, mutual funds, real estate, crypto, or startups.

The only true, limited currency we all possess is TIME, and every human being invests this currency throughout their lifespan. How and with whom we choose to spend our time shapes the strength or weakness of our life’s portfolio.

Making the right decision about where — and more importantly, with whom — to invest our time is the key factor in determining whether our portfolio of life becomes robust or fragile. For me, the riskiest investment I can make is choosing to invest my time and my life in another human being.

I’m at a stage in my life where I have to choose my life partner. That’s how I found myself making the bold decision to invest the rest of my life with a man named Ginger. I believe this decision is as unpredictable as investing in the most volatile stock — no one can forecast the returns. If our relationship becomes happy and peaceful, it could be very profitable; if not, it could be my worst investment.

Many marriage counsellors suggest a long list of things to “check” before getting engaged — health checkups, financial status, family background, religious and cultural compatibility, and so on. These factors can be important; my beliefs are a bit different.

For me, love comes first, followed by trust. All the other sanitary checks come later. Life is hard for everyone, regardless of wealth, health, or background. Overall, it’s up to me to decide who I want to sail my boat with through the roughest waves of life. A partner with love and trust truly makes a difference, acting as a softener in the hard water of life.

You only discover a partner if you invest the right amount of time and energy in getting to know the person—to understand if they are the right fit for you. Marriage is not a trading game that shows immediate returns; it’s a long process that requires patience.

I invested years—time and energy— in Ginger. I chose him not for his privileges, humour, or looks, but because with him, I grew. He encouraged me to explore and dive more deeply within me. When life challenged us with health issues, bills, and blending our families, it was Ginger who taught me to face everything with optimism. Every time life throws us a curveball, I look at Ginger — my belief in him provides me the strength to face it all. I felt an analysis of his presence and value in my life, and it’s because of the journey we’ve shared.

Take time to do your analysis; it’s not a race to cover but a journey to live. If no one walks your path, that's okay; it's better than making a poor investment of your precious life's wealth.

This is how I ended up making the riskiest investment with 100% profitability.

Stay tuned to know more about our journey.

Thank you for reading, and God bless you with your right investment.
